The hotel is well situated in the city. It is a beautiful hotel with a very good service and friendly staffs. The rooms are very clean and nice. The breakfast is adequate and the hours are very convenient. I have enjoyed my stay there! If I were to come back to Geneva, I would probably stay there again.

I travel often to Geneva and always stay at the New Midi. Not a 5-star, but clean and adequate, very friendly staff. Excellent location, good but basic rooms, inexpensive. Overall this is a great value, particularly because of its location, from where you can walk anywhere.

This is a nice hotel in a good location. The hotel is an easy walk from the station and near the water. The reception staff are all very helpful especially a Black gentleman with the lovely smile (didn't get his name) who was charming. The room was very nice, well appointed and comfortable and the bed was great. Everything was spotless and the room had plenty of storage space. Breakfast was fine although I'd have liked a wider choice of cold meat and cheese. I'd definitely stay here again as it worked very well for my needs.

Charged us for the room twice thanks to the bungling and officious woman behind the counter, even after we showed that the first payment had gone through. Still haven't refunded after several emails and phone calls over the course of a month.

No AC, Stay Away!

No AC! Stay away! The website advertised AC in every room, the catch is they have to enable it which they won’t do unless it is the right time of the year regardless of the outside temperature. I complained several times to no avail. Finally when I checked out they said they cannot give me a reduced rate unless I contact hotels.com who I booked through. I did that and the hotels.com agent was advised by the hotel they would not issue a refund so hotels.com gave me a 100$ future credit. That’s pretty two faced by the hotel to allude I could get a refund but then deny it once I was out of sight. False advertising at its worst. On top of that the staff was very uncompassionate about how very hot it was in the room. Just spend a little more money and stay at a hotel that cares about the comfort of your stay. Or email the hotel in advance to get in writing that they will enable AC for your stay so you can use that if they refuse once you are on site.
